Build me a local first web app for writing novels with AI help.

I want to manage multiple books, keep track of series, build a world bible for characters, places, items, and ideas, and then generate an outline from common story structures like three act or hero’s journey. After that, I want a writing workspace where I can draft chapters, autosave as I type, see word count, undo and redo, and ask AI to help write or rewrite sections with a clear preview of the changes.

Please also include a review view with a reader style layout, chapter navigation, progress tracking, and AI review chat. I need a place to save inspiration snippets from anywhere in the app, search and filter them later, and reuse them in my writing. Support both Chinese and English in the interface, with the AI prompts following the selected language.

Make it easy to export and back up everything, and run well on my computer with SQLite and a simple local setup.
