SimpMC-Studio/SimpPay — reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a Minecraft server payment plugin for Paper, mainly for Vietnamese servers. I want players to be able to top up using prepaid mobile cards and also pay by bank transfer with a QR code. It should work for Minecraft 1.13 up to 1.21.4, support thesieutoc for card charging and payos for QR payments, and tie rewards into PlayerPoints.

Please include player recharge history, admin history lookup, quick recharge commands, first time recharge rewards, and milestone rewards by day, week, month, and year. I also want PlaceholderAPI support so I can show player totals, server totals, and leaderboard style stats. The menus, messages, milestones, and general behavior should be easy to customize through config files.

It should also have a Bedrock friendly recharge interface when floodgate is installed. Make sure the main commands for opening the recharge menu, viewing history, and creating a bank QR payment are there. If you need details, look up the current docs online and make it feel ready to drop into a real server.
