Build me a full stack meal planning app called MealMind that helps people decide what to cook, understand what they are eating, and use up what they already have.

I want users to sign in, save a pantry, generate personalized recipes based on preferences and dietary restrictions, and see nutrition that comes from real food data instead of AI guesses. If a generated recipe does not fit the rules, try to repair it and show the updated result. Also add ingredient substitutions that users can preview before applying.

Include an ingredient scanner where someone can upload a photo and get suggested ingredients they can review and edit before saving. Add a meal analyzer that breaks down a meal into components, lets the user confirm quantities, then calculates nutrition from that.

Use AI for suggestion and interpretation, but keep validation and nutrition calculations deterministic. Make the UI clean and easy to use, and wire up auth and saved data so everything persists per user. Look up current docs online if you need to.
