Build me a local first email MCP server that lets an AI assistant safely work with my Gmail and QQ Mail accounts from my own machine.

I want it to connect through secure sign in, search and read messages, list folders, move mail, manage flags and keywords, handle attachments, and show recent messages and threads. It should also let the assistant draft, reply, forward, and send email, but only with a preview and a separate final confirm step so nothing gets sent by accident.

Please make it run locally over stdio, with no hosted backend and no telemetry. Gmail should use OAuth sign in, QQ Mail should use its provider code flow, and on Windows the sensitive account secrets should stay in Credential Manager. Add a read only mode too, plus a safe way to limit which tools are available.
