I want a working GTA 5 split screen mod for local two player on a single 1920x1080 monitor. The repo looks like it has an older decompiled version already, but it still has display problems and screen refresh bugs, so please use that as a starting point and clean it up into something stable.

The goal is simple. Let two people play on one screen at the same time, with the view split properly for 1080p, and make sure the cameras, UI, and refreshing behave correctly instead of flickering or breaking. If there are obvious rough edges from the decompiled code, please rewrite or replace those parts rather than keeping broken behavior.
