Sitois/Nuclear-V2 ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a Python Discord selfbot like Nuclear V2, something I can run from one main file after setting my user token in a config file. I want it to have a command system with a help menu, custom RPC templates and the ability to make my own RPC, voice related commands, server backup and restore, auto bump, snipe, nitro sniper, DM all, and spam or flood style commands. Please also make it easy to add more commands later, and include a simple translation system so the bot can support multiple languages.
