Build me a personalized RAG app in Python that lets me upload documents, index them, and then ask questions against my own content in a simple chat style interface.

I want it to feel easy to use for someone non technical, so the app should handle the whole flow from adding files to getting useful answers with sources. Please include a basic UI for chatting and reviewing what was indexed, plus a way to run evaluations so I can see how well the answers are working. If there are good defaults for chunking, retrieval, and response formatting, set those up for me.

Keep it clean and practical, with sensible config in a file I can edit later. If you need to check current library docs or best practices online, go ahead and do that. I mostly want a working end to end app I can run locally and then improve from there.
