SlapBot/stephanie-va ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a Python voice assistant app called Stephanie that can listen to spoken commands, turn speech into text, figure out what the user wants, and then run helpful everyday tasks like a personal assistant.

I want it to be easy to install and run from the command line, with a simple config file for API keys and settings, plus a clear setup flow for someone on Linux.
