Build me an offline first church scripture projection app that listens to the preacher, figures out what Bible verse they are talking about even when they say it in a natural way, and shows the right passage on a clean screen in real time.

I want an operator console where someone can see the live transcript, search verses, review detections, manage a queue, and switch themes. The actual output screen should be simple and read only, meant for a projector or OBS, with the verse text fitting nicely and moving to the next slide when a passage is long. It should also remember the last shown verse if the app restarts.

Make it work fully on one machine with no internet during the service, using local speech recognition and a local Bible database. Include a few good themes, a way to import common Bible formats, and keyboard shortcuts for present, blank, search, and slide navigation.
