I want this repo turned into a working local Unturned source project that I can open in Unity and just hit Play. Please set it up so it uses my installed Steam copy for the larger game files, opens the right startup scene, and runs without me having to guess at missing steps or fix common editor issues myself.

Stick to Unity 2022.3.62f3, and make sure the project is in a clean state for light code changes and modding afterward. If something depends on Unity settings, Steam being open, or files from the installed game, handle that as much as possible and clearly point out anything I still need to do manually.

Also leave me a short plain English note with the exact launch steps, what needs to be installed first, and any common gotchas. You can look up the official FAQ or docs online if needed.
