Snowmagic-lab/Athena ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a cross platform personal AI voice assistant called Athena that lives on my desktop and feels like a real helper, not just a chatbot. It should let me talk naturally by voice, hear its name in the background, and open its window when I say open Athena or use a global hotkey. I want it to remember my preferences and past chats, show a nice desktop UI with a live log and camera preview, and let me switch between typing and speaking whenever I want.

It should also be able to see my screen, control my computer, open apps, manage reminders, check weather, search the web, summarize files, and help with coding tasks. Please include a plugin system so features can be turned on and off, plus a coding plugin that can run commands and work with git.
