Build me a simple helper for making polished Word documents with Copilot.

I want one script I can drop into a project, then edit a small config section and a content list, and it should generate a clean .docx file for me. Please include a few easy helpers for headings, paragraphs, bullets, and tables so I do not have to write Word formatting by hand. Also add a short Copilot instructions file that tells Copilot how to keep the formatting consistent when it helps fill in the document content.

Make it easy enough that I can run it once and get an output.docx file right away. If you need to check the latest docs for the Word library, go ahead and look them up online. I mainly want something practical for fast document generation, with a ready to use example so I can see how the content array is supposed to look.
