Build me a desktop app called Drawing Bot that turns images into stylised line drawings and vector art.

I want to be able to import common image files, tweak the look with a bunch of preset drawing styles and filters, then see a live preview before exporting the result. The app should let me save and reload projects, keep versioned changes, and adjust the drawing area and scaling so it works for different paper sizes or plotter setups.

Please include export to SVG, PDF, and GCode, and if possible support HPGL and connecting to pen plotters too.
