SonarSource/sonarqube ? reverse-engineered prompt

Can you build me a web application for continuous code quality analysis? I'm trying to set up a tool like SonarQube that can scan my codebases and generate a health report. It should be a server I can run locally.

The main feature is a dashboard that shows me things like bugs, security issues, and other code quality problems. I want it to be able to highlight issues that were newly introduced, acting as a 'Quality Gate' to help enforce clean code practices.

I think the backend is built with Java and Gradle, but the user interface or web app is in a separate repository. You'll need to figure out how to build both pieces and get them running together.
