I want to get this old forum board running again as a simple working web app.

Please set it up so I can start it locally, create the database from the SQL files, and log in with the test admin account. I need the main board pages to work, posting and reading threads to feel fast and clean, and the admin area to be usable enough to manage basic content. If anything is missing because some assets were removed, use simple placeholders so the app still runs, and keep the look close to a classic bulletin board.

If you need current setup details or library docs, please look them up online and make the project runnable without a lot of manual fixes. Also, make sure the instructions are clear enough that I can boot it with the provided local environment files and see the site working in a browser.
