Build me an AI hiring copilot web app that helps a recruiter screen candidates faster.

I want users to be able to log in, create a job from a description, upload resume files, and then run an AI workflow that reads the job, parses the resumes, scores candidates, and shows a shortlist. Let there be a human review step where a recruiter can approve or reject people before moving on. After that, the app should help schedule interviews and generate a simple report with an executive summary and candidate notes.

Make it feel like a real product with a clean dashboard, login protection, and an API backed app structure that can grow later. A lightweight prototype UI is fine if that is easier, but I want the main flow working end to end. Use current docs online if you need to.
