Build me a tiny native macOS menu bar app that gives me Windows or Firefox style vector scrolling.

I want to middle click to start scrolling, then move the pointer away from the click point to control direction and speed. Please include two modes, one where scrolling starts on middle click and stops when I release it, and another where I hold middle click for a short moment to start scrolling, then any click stops it. Show a small on screen indicator for the anchor point while scrolling is active.

Add a simple menu bar menu with options for light or dark indicator style, indicator size choices like 28, 32, 40, and 48, launch at startup, and a way to hide the menu bar icon. Save those settings between launches. It should be lightweight, feel native, and not use any extra frameworks or bundled runtimes.
