Build me the backend for Commander Spellbook, a Magic the Gathering combo database and wiki.

I want a Django app that stores combo data in PostgreSQL and exposes it through a clean REST API, so a separate frontend can search, browse, and show combo details in a user friendly way. It should also include an editor dashboard for managing combos, cards, and related data, since this project is meant to help maintain the database as well as serve it.

Please make it easy to run locally with Docker or a simple setup, and keep the code organized so it is straightforward to contribute to.
