Build me a clean web app that lets people upload a photo or PDF and turn the text into editable digital text.

I want the app to handle both handwritten and printed text, show the extracted result nicely, and let the user improve the image first with simple options like brightness, contrast, and sharpening. After the text is extracted, add buttons to translate it into other languages, read it out loud in the browser, summarize longer text, and save it as a Word document. It would also be great if the app can describe an image with AI.

Please include a simple homepage, a place to choose what to do, an upload screen, a results page, and a history page for past actions. Add dark mode too. Make it run locally with Flask and keep the code easy to follow, with the main logic in one place if possible. If you need anything unclear, look up current docs online and use sensible defaults.
