Build me a repo with two separate web apps that share one codebase but clearly feel like different products.

One app should be a polished public website for Dr. Philip Pellegrino, with a calm, trustworthy therapy and healthcare feel. It should have the kind of pages a therapist portfolio site would usually need, like an intro, about section, services or specialties, and a way to get in touch.

The other app should be for Psychlink.pro and feel like its own product, not just another marketing page. Keep it more like a platform shell with its own branding, basic navigation, and room to grow into a real therapy focused product.

Use a modern Next.js and React setup, and if backend or data pieces make sense, wire them up in a sensible way with Supabase. Keep both apps easy to run, easy to customize, and visually clean. Add enough sample content and structure so someone opening the repo can immediately understand both products. Look up current docs online if you need to.
