Star1xr/clashprojects — reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a clean, finished web app for this repo called Clash Projects. The repo looks like a basic React and TypeScript site right now, so turn it into something usable instead of the starter screen.

I want a modern homepage that explains what the project is, shows a few project sections or cards, and feels good on both phone and desktop. Use the existing setup and keep it easy to run and deploy on Vercel. If there is already code in the app or api folders, read it first and work with it instead of replacing things blindly.

Add nice styling, sensible loading and empty states, and make sure it does not look like a template. Please clean up anything unfinished, make the navigation and layout consistent, and leave the project in a state where I can run npm install and npm run dev without errors. Look up current docs online if you need to.
