StarRocks/starrocks ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a simple local setup for StarRocks so I can try it out on my laptop without reading a ton of docs.

I want to be able to start the service, create a tiny sample database, load a few rows, and run a couple of SQL queries from the command line or a basic web page. If there’s already an existing dev or Docker flow in the repo, use that and make it as smooth as possible, with clear defaults and one obvious way to get going. If anything important is missing, add a short README style guide that explains how to launch it, connect to it, and shut it down.

Please keep the focus on a working end to end demo, not a big redesign. Use the current docs online if you need to confirm the right way to run the latest version.
