I want to build a self-hosted web app that's like an all-in-one toolkit for my PDFs. I'm tired of using those online PDF editor websites and want something I can run locally on my own machine to guarantee my documents stay private.

The app should have a really clean and simple web interface. It needs to handle all the common stuff, like merging multiple PDFs into one, splitting a large PDF into smaller files, and converting Word documents or images into PDFs. It should also let me compress PDFs to make them smaller, add watermarks or page numbers, and rotate pages.

For more advanced features, I'd love for it to have OCR capabilities, so I can turn scanned documents into searchable text. And it should let me sign documents or redact sensitive information. Please set it up to run in Docker so it's easy for me to start and stop with a simple command.
