Build me a travel chat app where people can talk to an AI assistant to search for flights, book tickets, change seats, and manage their bookings in one place.

I want a clean landing page, a guest chat mode for trying it out, and a signed in mode so conversations can be saved and reopened later. Users should be able to sign in with GitHub, Google, or email and password, and there should also be register, forgot password, and reset password screens. Before a guest can book anything, make them verify their email with an OTP.

Please make the chat feel live and responsive, with streaming responses while the assistant is thinking. Keep a bookings page where users can see what they have booked and cancel trips. Use mock flight data if a real travel API is not available yet, but structure it so that swapping in a real provider later would be easy.
