Build me a simple personal website that I can publish on GitHub Pages at my username domain. I want it to feel like a polished web app, not just a plain static page, and it should work well on phones, tablets, and desktop screens.

Use Flutter for the web version if that makes sense for this project, and make sure the final result can be deployed directly from the repository root with the needed web files, icons, favicon, manifest, and offline friendly service worker setup. Keep the design clean and modern, with a nice loading experience and no broken assets.

Since there isn’t much project documentation yet, make sensible choices and keep the site easy for me to update later. Please make sure it builds successfully, opens from index.html, and is ready to push to GitHub Pages. Look up current docs online if you need to.
