Build me a Windows tool that can remove Eziriz .NET Reactor protection from a .NET assembly and save a cleaned version I can inspect in dnSpy or similar.

I want both a simple desktop app and a command line version, with the same core logic underneath. The app should let me pick an input file, show progress and basic status messages, then write the unpacked output to a folder I choose. The CLI should accept a file path and output path, print useful logs, and be easy to run from a terminal.
