Syllo/nvtop ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a terminal app that works like htop, but for GPUs and other accelerators.

I want it to show all the GPUs in a machine in a clean ncurses style dashboard, with live usage, memory, temperature, power, clocks, and a list of which processes are using each device. It should feel easy to use in a terminal, with a simple interactive setup screen so I can choose which charts and metrics to show, and a way to save those preferences for next time.

Please make it support multiple vendors if possible, especially NVIDIA, AMD, Intel, and the other common Linux accelerator drivers mentioned in the docs. If some features depend on newer kernels or special permissions, handle that gracefully and show useful messages instead of just failing. Also include a help screen and a man page style help output so it’s easy to use from the command line. If you need to look up current docs online for any driver details, go ahead.
