Build me a self hosted file storage and collaboration app like a private cloud for teams.

I want users to be able to upload, organize, search, share, and sync files from a clean web app, with drag and drop, previews, galleries, sorting, filtering, and quick access to recent activity. It should support personal accounts and team style sharing with roles, permissions, guest access, protected public links, expiration dates, passwords, and quotas. I also want sign in options that feel enterprise ready, like local accounts plus OIDC, LDAP, MFA, recovery codes, and app passwords.

Make it work with online document editing, full text search inside documents, comments, notifications, locking, trash handling, and good file protection. It should be designed for self hosting on premise or in a private cloud, with WebDAV support and desktop and CLI clients for syncing across machines.
