Build me a Python terminal app that can send repeated test messages to a Discord channel, with a clean ASCII styled interface and simple prompts for the token and channel ID.

I want it to save the config automatically, let me choose between sending one message over and over, rotating through a few messages, or sending them in sequence, and let me set the delay from very fast up to normal seconds. It should also show a live counter and progress, and handle Discord rate limits by waiting instead of crashing.

Make it work on Windows and Linux, keep it lightweight, and use current docs online if you need to.
