TGX-Android/Telegram-X ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me the Telegram X Android app from this repo, and make it easy to run locally in Android Studio or from the command line.

I want a working Telegram client that looks and behaves like the official Telegram X project, with login, chats, messages, media, and the usual Telegram experience. Please make sure the setup works with the included instructions, including the local properties file, Telegram API credentials, and the setup script. If anything needs current docs or missing build steps, look them up online and fill in the gaps.
