THE-SAZ/Prompt-Maker ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a clean little prompt maker that I can paste into any AI chat model, like ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini, and have it switch into prompt making mode right away.

It should greet the user with a custom welcome message, then take whatever they type and turn it into a polished, structured prompt that includes the role, context, task, constraints, output format, examples when useful, and any evaluation criteria. It should work in different languages, keep the output neat and copy ready in a markdown code block, and be able to refine an existing prompt too.

Please make it feel simple and friendly, with a strong activation message and a self correcting style so it stays in that mode until the user says to stop. If you need to check current model best practices or formatting details, look them up online first.
