Build me a Thunderbird add on plus a small Node bridge that lets AI assistants use my Thunderbird data through MCP. I want it to run locally only, connect over localhost, and let Claude or other MCP clients search my email, read messages, show previews, open messages in Thunderbird, draft new mail, reply, and forward. Sending should be safe by default, always open a review window unless I explicitly allow direct sending, and there should be an option to block silent sending entirely.

It should also let the assistant organize my mailbox, mark things read, move or delete messages, create folders, manage filters, search and edit contacts, and work with calendars and tasks. Include an extension settings page where I can choose which accounts and tools are allowed. Package the Thunderbird extension so I can install it from a file, and include clear setup instructions for connecting an MCP client with the bridge.
