Build me a simple web app called GitSearch AI that helps people find GitHub repos and understand them fast.

I want a clean homepage with a search bar where I can type a topic, user, or repo name, then see matching GitHub results in a nice list with repo name, description, stars, language, and link to open the repo on GitHub. After I click a result, show a detail view with a short AI generated summary of what the project does, who it might be for, and any useful notes from the repo. Keep the design modern and easy to scan, with good loading and empty states.

Make it work well on desktop and mobile, and keep the code organized so it is easy to edit later. If you need to look up current GitHub or Next.js docs online, go ahead. I mainly want a polished first version that feels useful right away.
