Build me a self hosted private file transfer app for personal use.

I want to log in, upload files, and organize them in folders like a tiny drive. Each user should only see their own files, with a simple dashboard, breadcrumb navigation, search by filename, and easy actions to upload, download, move, rename, and delete files and folders. Please add previews for images, PDFs, and text or code files, plus a separate notes page where I can keep a free text scratchpad that autosaves.

It should be built to run locally on my own server with no external services or third party accounts, and it should store data per user using SQLite. Please include basic safety features like password hashing, login lockout after repeated failed attempts, CSRF protection, blocked dangerous file types, and storage limits. Also add a cleanup script for automatically removing old files on a schedule, and make sure setup is simple enough to run from the command line.
