I want a free Windows desktop wallpaper app like Sucrose that makes the desktop feel alive with animated and interactive wallpapers. It should let people use gifs, videos, web pages, urls, YouTube, and even simple apps as wallpapers, with support for multiple monitors and different screen sizes. Give it a clean modern interface with light and dark mode, and make it easy to switch wallpapers, create custom ones, and share or download wallpapers from a built in community style store.

Please also make sure it runs smoothly and is smart about performance. It should lower CPU and GPU use, pause wallpapers when a game or other fullscreen app is open, and pause or save power on battery. If possible, support wallpapers that can react to audio and show basic system info.
