Build me an Android utility library project like this repo, with a small demo app that shows how to use everything.

I want one place for the common stuff Android developers keep needing, like custom dialogs, toast helpers, QR code and barcode scan and generate, image crop for avatar picking, a WebView that can play videos, simple vibration and GPS helpers, location tools, image zooming, ZIP compression with encryption and split archives, and a few polished custom UI widgets.

Also include payment support for Alipay and WeChat, plus a couple of map and ArcGis related helpers if possible. Make the demo easy to run and let me tap through each feature to see it working. Keep the code clean and reusable, and set it up so I can add the library to another Android app without much hassle. If you need to check current docs or SDK details online, go ahead and do that.
