Build me a small Windows app for managing multiple League of Legends accounts in one place.

I want to be able to add several accounts, switch between them quickly, and keep the passwords stored securely so I do not have to type them every time. It should also help me log in faster by filling the Riot Client login fields when I press CTRL SHIFT V.

Please make it show useful account info too, like the current rank, last season rank, and account level, and update that automatically. I also need an easy way to import and export my account list so I can move it to another PC or another install.

Keep it simple and clean, and if you need to check anything current about Riot login behavior or rank fetching, look up the latest docs online.
