Build me a Python tool for checking and testing Minecraft servers from the command line.

I want it to be able to look up basic server info, player info, resolve a domain to an IP, get details about an IP, do DNS lookups, and scan ports. It should also be able to try connecting with a bot, check whether a server is reachable, and connect to RCON so commands can be sent if I have access. If possible, add support for finding random servers with certain details, checking hosting nodes, and a simple local Bungee setup for testing. It should work on Windows and Linux, and support Minecraft versions from 1.8 up to 1.19.
