Build me the MDV web app for exploring and presenting multi dimensional data in the browser.

I want a smooth interface where someone can load one or more datasets, inspect them with interactive charts like scatter plots, box plots, heat maps, histograms, pie charts, violin plots, and spatial biology views, then annotate and edit the data as they work. It should support multiple pages or views so users can build a story from their analysis, and it would be great if charts can pop out into separate windows for multi screen use.

Please make it feel fast and responsive even with very large datasets, and keep the app usable in a normal browser without installing anything extra. If needed, look up current docs online and follow the repo setup. Also make sure the project can run locally for development and testing from the repository.
