Build me a small Python package called paratranz py that makes it easy to work with Paratranz translation projects.

I want to be able to log in, connect to a project, upload source files, download translated files, and sync changes without having to do everything by hand. If it makes sense, include a simple command line interface too, so I can run the common tasks from the terminal.

Please keep it clean, easy to use, and well tested. Add a few example usage cases in the README so someone can understand how to start with it quickly. If you need to check the latest Paratranz docs online to make the API calls work correctly, go ahead and do that.
