TeamPiped/Piped ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a privacy-focused alternative front-end for YouTube. The main goal is to let people watch videos without any of the ads or tracking from Google servers. The whole experience should feel really lightweight and fast.

I want it to have some key power-user features built right in. It should automatically skip sponsored segments inside videos, like the SponsorBlock extension does. And let's integrate with the Return YouTube Dislike service to bring back the dislike count.

Users should be able to create their own accounts (without Google) to subscribe to channels and manage playlists. The interface needs to be clean, with both a light and dark theme, and it should support high-quality streaming up to 4K. I think this project is usually built with Vue, so let's use that. Please also set it up with a Dockerfile to make it easy for someone to self-host.
