Build me a self hosted DNS server app that I can run on Windows, Linux, macOS, Raspberry Pi, or in Docker.

I want a simple web console where I can manage everything from the browser, with almost no setup needed. It should work as both a recursive and authoritative DNS server, let me use it for my whole network, and make it easy to block ads and malware with block lists. Please include secure DNS forwarding support too, so I can use DNS over TLS, DNS over HTTPS, and DNS over QUIC with providers like Cloudflare or Google.

It should also log queries, show basic stats, cache responses for speed, and support features like DNSSEC, zone transfers, dynamic DNS updates, and multiple DNS server instances from one console. If there are current docs or best practices I should follow, look them up online as you build it.
