Build me a Flutter app called SplitPe that looks and feels like a bold fintech demo with a dark CRED style interface and a polished neo pop vibe.

I want the app to help a user enter a bill amount, split it into smaller UPI payments under ₹2,000, and show how much could be saved by avoiding charges. It should also let people split a group bill, generate shareable payment links, and create or scan UPI QR codes. Please add a simple soundbox style payment confirmation experience too, so it feels like a merchant has received each payment.
