Tekki/sql-ledger ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a web based ERP and accounting app like SQL Ledger for a small business.

I want it to handle the basics end to end, like quotations, orders, invoices, accounting, employee management, and payroll. It should support multiple users, multiple clients, and multiple languages, and it should generate documents as PDFs that can be downloaded, printed, or sent to customers.

Use Perl with a PostgreSQL database, and make it work nicely in a browser through a simple Apache style setup. If it helps, use the existing docs and code in the repo as a guide, and look up current docs online if you need to.

Please also keep in mind that this project needs Swiss specific features too, like QR bill support, payment transfer import and export, company lookup from the UID register, and a way to fetch exchange rates. I’d like it to be practical to extend later with custom scripts and to run smoothly in a Docker setup.
