Build me the macOS Telegram app from this repo so it looks and feels like the real desktop messenger people use on a Mac.

I want a clean app that lets me sign in, see chats, send and receive messages, share photos and files, get notifications, use voice messages and audio calls, and handle basic settings like privacy, downloads, and shortcuts. Keep the design polished and native to macOS, and make sure it opens and runs smoothly from Xcode. If there are any setup steps or missing pieces, please figure them out and use the current docs online if you need to.

Please keep the app working with the existing Telegram service, and make it build reliably from the workspace in this repo. If anything is broken or outdated, fix it so I can launch the app and use it like a normal Telegram desktop client.
