Tencent/vConsole ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a lightweight mobile web debugging tool like vConsole that I can drop into a site and open on a phone to inspect what’s going on.

I want it to show console logs, network requests, page elements, and storage like cookies, localStorage, and sessionStorage, plus let me run JavaScript commands by hand. It should work without tying me to any framework, so I can use it in plain HTML, Vue, React, or other apps. Please make it easy to install, easy to turn on or destroy when I’m done debugging, and include a clean mobile friendly UI with light and dark themes.

It would also be great if the tool supports custom plugins, since I may want to extend it later. If you need to check current docs or best practices while building, look them up online.
