Build me a cross platform database framework for mobile and desktop apps, something like a friendly wrapper around SQLite that also supports encryption.

I want one codebase that works on iOS, Android, macOS, Windows, Linux, and OpenHarmony, with APIs in C++, Java, Kotlin, Swift, and Objective C. Make it easy to create tables, add indexes and constraints, and do basic create, read, update, delete operations with simple object based calls instead of raw SQL when possible.

It should also support safer querying, full text search, database migration between files, recovery if the database gets corrupted, and optional compression for certain fields. If it makes sense, include connection pooling for better concurrent reads and writes, and make sure the library works with SQLCipher for encryption.
