Build me a WeUI style library for a WeChat mini program, with the same clean look and feel as the official WeChat UI. I want the common pieces included, like buttons, cells, dialogs, progress, toast, articles, action sheets, and icons, so I can drop the styles into a mini program and get a polished interface right away.

Please make it easy to use, with a main stylesheet I can import directly, plus separate styles for each widget if needed. I also want an rpx version for mini program layouts, and a dark mode option that turns on when the root element has a dark theme attribute. Include simple example pages or demo markup so I can see how each component should be structured. If anything is unclear, look up the current WeChat mini program style conventions online and match them as closely as possible.
