Build me a simple educational website for my BScIT practicals collection. I want it to feel like a clean student reference site where someone can open the home page and quickly browse practicals by Semester 1 and Semester 2, then by subject like Introduction to Programming, Operating Systems, Web Programming, OOP, and PADP.

The home page should explain that this is a first year IT practicals repo, show the subjects covered, and make it easy to click into the practical files. Include examples like odd or even, greater than, palindrome, pyramid patterns, Python OOP programs, and basic HTML pages. Keep the design simple, neat, mobile friendly, and good enough to publish on GitHub Pages.

Also add a clear README that explains what the repository is for, how to run PHP practicals locally, how to run Python files, and how other students can contribute more practicals in the same folder style.
