That-Kidd/ps-bot ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a Discord bot and companion app for managing PS4 save files from a jailbroken PS4.

I want it to help with the common save file tasks people need, like resigning saves, decrypting and encrypting them, re regioning them, changing the save picture and title, and editing param.sfo files. It should also handle converting saves between PS4 and PC when possible, apply quick cheats and Save Wizard style codes, and let me create saves from scratch. If a game needs special handling, make sure the app can support those per game rules too.

I’d like the bot side to feel easy to use in Discord, while the app part can handle the heavier save management work. Keep the flow practical for someone who just wants to upload a save, make changes, and get it back ready to use. If you need to check current docs or libraries online, go ahead and do that.
